Continuing Production Process The Best We Can

 

           Welcome back to another blog! Previously I talked about how my team and I were unable to film. This really put a dent in our plans. It has been hard to arrange a proper filming date for our Short Film. Everyone is pretty busy. This is very frustrating but I understand that this season there are many major projects people are working on. For example, Charlie has a super important competition that he and his teammates have been working on. Cecelia has a music ensemble performance to work on. I also have to practice for my music solo. Arranging dates for production has humbled me a bit. 
            I understand that life gets in the way. We can't do everything we want to in such a limited time slot. This is why I plan on moving the filming day a little further. This does not mean that we will stop production. In fact, production is only getting started! We still have a lot of things to work on so that our filming day goes according to plan! From actors to editing scenes, we have our work cut out for us. I wouldn't want it any other way! I will make sure to keep you posted! See you soon!

 TITLE DESIGN BLOG Our titles will be a mix of free-floating and embedded, actors' names and the movie title will be most likely be embedded. With regards to what items, things like personal items, street signs, or store signs are good options. Most of the production-related titles will be free-floating. This seems like a good idea to us since it will emphasize who’s on screen and who handled the background work. Having shots go to black in order to put focus on a text and build tensions in our scenes also seems like something to incorporate. In regards to font, our font needs to fit the story that we have, so something bolder would be best. Something like Gill Sans Ultra Bold, or STHupo. If we decided to go with something less bold then, Perpetua Tilting Mt would be a nice alternative. In regards to color, a black, white, or gray would be good, as a bright color would not fit, and may look garish.
